2. Personal Use License

PowerSlideAI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software as an add-in for your PowerPoint application on a Windows PC, solely for your purposes. You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer access to the Software to any third party.

• Use the Software on behalf of any third party or for any purpose other than your personal use.

Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of your access to the Software.

3. Consent to Communications

By using the Software, you consent to receive electronic communications from PowerSlideAI, including but not limited to:

• Product updates

• Marketing materials

• Administrative notices

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications.

4. Data Processing and Privacy

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The prompts you submit for slide generation will be transmitted to and processed by the OpenAI API to provide the requested services.

• PowerSlideAI does not store your prompts or the generated content beyond the duration necessary to facilitate your request.

• You are solely responsible for the content of your prompts and the resulting generated content.

5. User Responsibilities and Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create using PowerSlideAI. However, you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that your prompts and generated content do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

• The legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the content you create.

PowerSlideAI disclaims all liability arising from or related to your use of the Software and the content you create.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerSlideAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Software.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Software.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PowerSlideAI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, damages, or losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

8. Modifications to Terms

PowerSlideAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PowerSlideAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
